How to Buy

Buying jewellery and watches online at Jewellery Marketplace is safe and easy. All of our sellers are actual UK jewellery shops, jewellers and workshops with many years of experience in the trade and long running tradition of customer service excellence. You are free to write or call a seller if you need any more information about products they list or buy in confidence you are in professional hands. 

First time buying on Jewellery Marketplace is also super easy. You don't have to fill out any long forms. Simply open your account with Google+ or Facebook when you are ready to pay. Even though buying is very intuitive on Jewellery Marketplace below is a workflow on "how to" just if you need it. 

1) Add the item you want to basket and proceed to checkout.

a) if you already have an account, please use your login ID and log in to Jewellery Marketplace.

b) if you do not have an account, please create one or login with your social media account by clicking on social media buttons on the login/registration page.

2) Review your order. Make sure your billing and delivery address is correct so the item is delivered to the correct address.

3) Pay using PayPal credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account. When PayPal page shos up, look for Just Pay without registering.

4) On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order to your email address from Jewellery Marketplace. A seller will also be notified to dispatch the item to you and will update you on the process. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation email from us upon creating your account or successful order within 15 minutes, please check your spam box and mark emails from Jewellery Marketplace as "not spam" or "Add sender to safe list".

You can see your order status in your account's DASHBOARD. 

You can also contact the seller directly from their STOREFRONT or from the product page you are interested in.
