Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can use PayPal (if you have it) or use a credit or debit cards. PayPal will suggest registration to their service on their site at payment but you can choose to just process your payment without the need for a registration to their service.
Shipping on all orders placed Monday to Friday by 2:00 pm are dispatched on the same day by tracked and insured post. Items ordered on Friday after 2:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday or the following business day. A tracking code will be provided. Our aim is to dispatch items on the same day, however, on a very rare occasion it may take up 3 business days to process your order. Our stringent quality control ensures that all our products meet the required criteria. We communicate via email before the start of production to ensure all details are processed as per your choice. What if the item is lost or damaged during delivery? We ship our goods via a method where receiver signature is required. Goods will not be left at your doorstep without a signature. All goods are inspected before shipment, however, if damage occurs during delivery we will request you to send the goods back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
