Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can use PayPal (if you have it) or use a credit or debit cards. PayPal will suggest registration to their service on their site at payment but you can choose to just process your payment without the need for a registration to their service.
All orders placed Monday to Thursday to 2:00 pm are dispatched on the same day for next delivered delivery by tracked and insured post. Items ordered on Friday after 2:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday or the following business day.
A tracking code will be provided.
Our aim is to dispatch items on the same day, however, on a very rare occasion it may take up 3 business days to process your order. You will be informed by email when the order is being processed and receive a follow-up email with tracking code and estimated delivery date. Please make sure emails from Jewellery Marketplace land in your main inbox.
Should you not receive confirmation of purchase, please check your spam/trash folders and mark emails from us "Not spam" so you can continue to receive updates of your order.
For insurance and security purposes all items are sent securely by a registered and insured post and require a signature on collection.
If your destination country isn't listed, please use CONTACT SHOP to calculate and add a shipment option.
Should you not be satisfied with an item, please request a return from your account. You are protected and have 14 days as per LDSP (Long Distance Sale Policy) from the date of purchase to change your mind and return an item for a full refund. Earrings, for health reasons, are excluded from LDSP.
