Any self motivated and smart working individual is welcome to apply. There is no restrictions to apply however there are some requirements you need to meet in order to be approved. If you are a regular blogger, publisher or marketer it is in all likelihood your application will be approved once we have verified your network status your followers/visitors/custommer profiles.

Below we have prepared short Q and A to help you understand our approval process

I am a beginner blogger. I have over 1,000 combined followers from all my social network channels.   

We will need to see your activities to make correct decision.

We will need to verify your channels and activities but there should be no problem with your application.

I am a blogger, I have over 250,000+ followers/subscribers on a single or combined social media channels.

We will need to verify your channels and activities but you will be a front line runner for approval.

I am a publisher, I have under 1,000 unique visits to my site per month.

Decision whether to approve your application will be made depends of the site's relevancy and target audience.  We may ask for demographic data to verify sites relevancy to our campaigns.

I am a publisher, I have under 10,000 unique visits to my site per month.

NO. Anyone caught violating our rules will have their account suspended and any proceeds earned will be reversed back to the advertiser.

You will have to agree and ensure you follow our rules. Here is an abbreviated list

  • You agree not to solicit any customers/partners/services through spamming, spyware/adware, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email.
  • As an JMP Affiliate, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Amber etc... Ltd. You are responsible for declaring your own income and paying any associated taxes in your country. 
  • You agree not to use JMP affiliate links on websites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libellous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or that offer illegal goods or services, or link to a website that is engaged in any of these types of activity. 
  • You agree not to mislead potential customers or partners in any way. 
  • If you break any of our terms of business you may forfeit any commission generated. You agree to cooperate fully with JMP Affiliate staff should they enquire about your promotional methods, failure to do so will result in your account being suspended.
