Terms and Conditions for Individual Customers 

Not in the Trade?  

Not a problem. All jewellery on our site can be purchassed from your local independant jeweller but if thay are out of stock, you can always order direct from us. 

Payment 

Private buyers are requested to pay securely by PayPal. We are unable to process cheques or bank payments from private buyers. 

Shipping 

All available items are dispatched within 1-3 working day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays / Public Holidays) subject to availability.If for some reason we cannot match your order(nature of the product, sizing,etc), we will contact you by phone or email to inform you or available delivery dates or to arrange a full refund.  
Any available/matching item or items that have been ordered will be handled by Royal Mail in the UK and passed on to relevant postal service of the recipients country. Please ring our office if you need your item urgently. We might be able to speed up dispatch process so it's always good to ring us if you can. 

Lost / Undelivered parcel

Majority of our parcels is send by tracked and traced service. If you have received a tracking code with your order we encourage you to use it to find out where is your parcel. Instructions are usualy send with Order Status Notification Email once the order is marked "Dispatched" and include site address and a tracking code where you can follow the progress of your parcel. If your Order is not received within the Estimated Delivery Time, please contact us on 01204 895 514, as all items are dispatched from our side, but if anything goes wrong while in Transit, we cannot control that. 
We will investigate lost/undelivered item with the currier. Once we have been fully advised  of the investigation process we will be able to issue a Replacement or a Refund.  

Additional protection

Shipping quotes are generated based on the delivery country and order value. Our shipping options are calculated and presented to you where available. Each shipping method carries maximum compensation value if item is lost or damaged. In most cases shipping quotes will be generated to ensure the method's compensation covers the value of your order. Returns 

If for any reason you want to return purchased goods you may do so within 14 days of purchase.  We need to be notified by phone or by email so we can issue you an RMA code for our returns department (01204 895 514 or +44 1204895514 if you are calling from outside of the UK). Please do not send anything back without prior return arrangements as any goods returned without the RMA code might not be processed or it may take a very long time to resolve it. For legal and hygienic reasons any pierced products such as earrings and studs are non refundable and cannot be returned as we have no way of verifying it's status. Also we request you print and Include your order/invoice details when returning an item so that the issue can be resolved at the earliest possibility.
