Refunds Exchanges
Should you not be satisfied with an item, please request a return from your account. You are protected and have 14 days as per LDSP (Long Distance Sale Policy) from the date of purchase to change your mind and return an item for a full refund. Earrings, for health reasons, are excluded from LDSP.
Additional Policies & FAQs
We currently do not have a UK branch but all our stock is UK based and ready for dispatch on the day of purchase. All amber used in our products comes from the Baltic region and is genuine all other stones including turquoise are reconstituted (RECO) or man-made. Cubic zirconias are man-made stone. We use the finest and clearest specimens for our jewellery.
